Henrique
Facility Manager
Henrique works as the facility manager at Eco Sober, where he is building a welcoming atmosphere and controls the order. His empathy comes across every conversation as he strives to create a space where individuals feel valued and empowered to change their behavior.
Born in Brazil, Henrique grew up in the greater Boston area. He has extensive experience in construction and runs a general contracting firm, handling many projects of different sizes. Outside of work, he practices mixed martial arts.
Gabe
General Manager, Facility Manager at Capen Sober House
Gabe is an experienced general manager who is a great example of how it is possible to overcome addiction and start a new page in life. Besides running Eco Sober, he works as a chef at a popular restaurant and is a big fan of Bruins.
Gabe is a very versatile and goal-oriented person. He easily connects with others and is a good listener. His personal experience transitioning from dependency to long-term sobriety inspires him to create an addiction-free environment at Eco Sober and help others surpass their dark periods.
